Frequently asked questions
Answers about tickets, payments, entry and the fixture. If your question isn't answered here, contact the ticketing team.
When do tickets go on sale?
Tickets are scheduled to go on sale from 5 November 2026. Create a notification below and we will email you when sales open. Sale dates are configurable by the event organiser and may change.
Are the ticket prices on this site final?
Prices are published in Kenyan Shillings and are set by the event organiser in the administration dashboard. The current price list is shown on the Tickets page; any change made before sales open is reflected there immediately.
Is the seat map the official stadium layout?
No. The current seat map is a clearly labelled sample layout. The authorised seating plan for Raila Odinga International Stadium will replace it once supplied by the venue, sections, rows and seat numbers included.
How many tickets can I buy?
Each order is limited to the quantity published on the tickets page. Seat selections are held for a short period while you check out and are released automatically if payment is not completed.
Which payment methods are supported?
Visa and Mastercard through the configured card gateway, and PayPal for international buyers when enabled. Available methods are shown at checkout with the exact amount and currency. A method only appears when it has been properly configured by the organiser.
How do I receive my ticket?
After payment is verified, your digital ticket is issued with a unique QR code. You can view and download it from your booking history and, when email delivery is configured, it is also emailed to you.
What happens if I buy the same seat twice?
The seat inventory prevents it. A seat is locked to one order while it is being paid for, and the database enforces one valid ticket per seat.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds follow the published event policy. Orders can only be refunded through the administration dashboard, and refunded tickets are voided automatically.
Is the match officially confirmed?
This build presents the fixture information supplied for the project. Official confirmation, kick-off time, broadcast details and participating squads must be published by the event organiser before tickets are marketed.
