1. The event

Bayern Munich vs Ajax is scheduled for 5 January 2027 at Raila Odinga International Stadium, Talanta Sports City, Nairobi. The fixture, participating squads, kick-off time and match arrangements remain subject to official confirmation. The organiser may make changes in accordance with these terms.

2. Tickets and pricing

Ticket categories and prices are set by the organiser and shown at checkout in Kenyan shillings (KES), with an indicative USD equivalent where offered. The amount charged is the KES amount displayed before payment, except for international providers that settle in USD. The final amount and currency are always shown before you approve payment.

Each order is limited to the quantity displayed on the tickets page. Seats are held for a limited period while you pay. If payment is not verified before the hold expires, the seats are released and the order is cancelled. No seat is guaranteed until payment is verified.

3. Payment verification

An order is confirmed only after the payment provider's transaction is verified by our server. A browser redirect, screenshot or client-side message is not proof of payment. Test-mode orders are clearly labelled and never constitute paid admission.

4. Digital tickets and entry

• Each ticket carries a unique QR code valid for one admission only.
• Present the QR code at the gate with photo identification matching the ticket holder.
• Screenshots are accepted, but a ticket that has already been scanned cannot be used again. Duplicate or altered tickets will be refused.
• Tickets purchased from unauthorised resellers may be void without refund. Buy only through this website or official channels.
• The venue may refuse entry for safety, security or breach of ground regulations. Entry may be subject to search.

5. Refunds, cancellations and postponement

Tickets are personal and, unless required by law or expressly stated by the organiser, are not refundable after purchase. Refund requests are reviewed against the published event policy. Only the organiser can issue a refund through the administration dashboard, and a refunded ticket is voided automatically.

If the event is cancelled or materially rescheduled by the organiser, the organiser will publish the applicable options, which may include a refund of the face value of the ticket. Booking fees, payment provider charges and travel costs are handled as stated in the organiser's published policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded by law.

6. Order changes and transfers

Name changes, transfers and group adjustments are at the organiser's discretion and must be requested before tickets are issued or before the published cut-off. Do not attempt to resell tickets above face value.

7. Conduct and prohibited items

Venue ground regulations apply. Prohibited items include weapons, flares, pyrotechnics, glass, bottles, drones, laser pointers and professional recording equipment. Abusive, discriminatory or dangerous behaviour may result in removal and a ban. The organiser and venue may refuse admission or remove any person for safety or security reasons.

8. Accessibility

Accessible seating is sold through the Accessible Seating category, subject to availability. Companion tickets and specific assistance must be requested in advance. Contact tickets@talantasportscity.com so arrangements can be confirmed with the venue.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the organiser is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including travel, accommodation or hospitality costs, arising from a change to the fixture or entry refusal. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Sponsors and official status

Sponsor names, club marks and partner designations are published only where authorised. No partnership, endorsement or official confirmation is implied by the presence of a category, a club crest, or by the fixture being described on this website before official announcement.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts, without prejudice to consumer rights available in your country of residence.
